She is skilled in people management, IFRS, business strategy, audit, anti-corruption, compliance, FCPA, due diligence, project management and leadership.


Kervin Ali

Procurement Country Director

Kervin is a pragmatic leader who has worked in procurement for several years in diverse markets and industries, including South Africa; Germany; and Nigeria. He is a seasoned and principled professional with a deep sense of integrity and a demonstrable track record of success.


Noriko Solomon

Aggregates and Readymix Director

With an excess of 20 years' experience in the Construction Industry and Building Materials Environment, Noriko is a seasoned executive and accomplished director who has a proven track record in successfully managing businesses, delivering superior results and developing high performing teams.


Edith Matekaire

Commercial & Strategy Director

Edith is an accomplished executive with 20 years’ experience in the FMCG and Construction materials industries, excelling in dynamic and demanding environments. She is a decisive and pragmatic leader who can boast driving topline results for global brands and companies.


James Kirkpatrick

Lichtenburg Plant Manager

James is a British national who has worked all over the world, beginning his cement career in 1997 in Malawi as a process engineer. He has built a solid foundation within his field and brings a diverse range of expertise to his new role as Plant Manager.
