Training Centre

Lafarge Gypsum has a strong commitment to developing skills in the plasterboard and complementary solutions market. 

The Lafarge Gypsum Training Centre opened in September 2006 with the objective of helping contractors and installers to improve their skills in the installation of plasterboard and complementary interior solutions.

The courses are designed to meet the needs of installers who are looking to work with Lafarge's Gypsum products. Architects also find interest in the courses to better understand the products and how they can be used in projects.

The courses are designed to be as short as possible to fit within the work schedules of customers. The format of each course has the same structure:

• First a module on Safety
• Classroom theory
• Practical training in our workshop
• A concluding short mastery test

At the end of each course, the learners will have mastered the skill to use the particular product and gained an understanding of the features and benefits of the range of Lafarge Gypsum products.
